The Restaurant is spacious and bright, boasting traditional French and English furniture, decorated in shades of gold and grey which gives its guests the ambiance of dining in a private chateau.

Guests can admire two beautiful Louis XIV wardrobes as well as two Louis XVI gold gilt chairs. Large Regency Style wood-sculpted mirrors with gold leafing give a depth to this space by reflecting the view of the Marble Courtyard on the opposite side.

Eric Beaumard, Vice World Champion in Sommellerie 1998, is passionate about his job. His knowledge of the trade, and his winemaking friends, helped him in his research to build the collection of wines in Cinqs cellar.
In his passion to offer customers of the Cinq diverse and rare wines, Beuamard even had some of his friends leave bottles from their own cellar to be represented in this mythical hotel by their old friend.
