The Loire River is the longest river in France, a haven for wildlife and boasts some of France’s most breathtaking scenery.  One can enjoy a walk with your love along the banks of this wonderous waterway.

The Loire Valley is more than just the multitudes of magnificent chateaux. The rich landscape offers entertaining outings, vibrant cities like Orleans and Tours, historical medieval towns such as Chinon and Loches, beautiful villages like Montresor, natural parks in La Brenne and Anjou, some of the best wines of France and a host of local delicacies. There are a variety of festivals throughout the year to experience the region's unique culture and heritage. The Loire Valley is famous for it's world class wines and the Valley is laced with vineyards and offers wines to suit every occasion. Many of the vineyards offer public tours of their vines and cellars as well as tastings.

Day One

Arrive and Explore

 
Welcome to Loire valley

Your Personal Parisian Concierge will welcome you at the airport and will accompany you to the luxurious boutique Hotel Les Hautes Roches located in a limestone cliff overlooking the Loire River,

In the afternoon, we have arranged for you to take a short introductory tour of the neighborhood and iconic monuments.

Dinner this evening is at the hotel’s restaurant, Les Hautes Roches, serving impeccably prepared cuisine of the region.

Day Two

Time To Indulge

A day for your pleasure

We head out early and spend the morning visiting castles of your choice. We will arrange a privately guided tour of the chateaux and the gardens.

 In the afternoon, we have arranged for a wine tasting to discover your unique palate, ending the day with a dinner at Au Rendez-vous des Pêcheurs in Loire valley.

Day Three

Adventure

 

This morning, we head out for an adventurous experience as we will drive through the Loire Valley and visit the historical medieval towns Chinon and Loches. Lunch is served at one of the local restaurants where you will taste some of the local delicacies such as goat cheese and rillette.

After immersing yourself in the rich culture of the region, we will stop in one of the beautiful parks for a relaxing stroll and if the weather allows, we will have a little picnic with wine, cheeses, sausages and baguettes.

Dinner this evening, is at La Maison À Côté.

Day Four

The Rochemenier

Adventure To Romance

This morning we head to Rochemenier to see a prime example of an ancient cave dwelling village. The interactive museum, complete with an underground chapel and chicken coup gives a true glimpse into what life was like for the 13th century citizens of Rochemenier.  

After visiting this historic landmark we will have lunch in a nearby restaurant before we pay a visit to the Château de Brissac, the enormous seven-story chateau that produces a delicious rose wine.

Dinner this evening is at Auberge du Cheval Rouge.

Day Five

To The Most Chic Department Store

Our final day together and it would be a shame to leave France without a little shopping. We will head to Paris, exploring its famous store Le Bon Marche Rive Gauche. Le Bon Marche is known for its tres chic offerings and wide selection. The building, is also a stunning architectural landmark.

Enjoy delicacies from the famous Grande Epicerie, with it's thousands of trendy gourmet products selected from all over the world. For lunch, you will dine at La Table, underneath the world-renowned stained glass ceiling.
