Eric Beaumard, Vice World Champion in Sommellerie 1998, is passionate about his job. His knowledge of the trade, and his winemaking friends, helped him in his research to build the collection of wines in Cinq cellar. In his passion to offer customers of the Cinq diverse and rare wines, Beaumard even had some of his friends leave bottles from their own cellar to be represented in this mythical hotel by their old friend.
