Thierry Marx the Chef of Mandarin Oriental Paris, opens a fast organic food place in Paris. This new establishment near the Champs-Elysées offers a concept of Japanese street food the Parisian way.

MarXito is the name of the new gourmet address, created by the very renowned Michelin starred Chef Thierry Marx. This new fast food restaurant is just steps from the most beautiful avenue in the world, and offers customers a healthy and organic food at very affordable prices.

On the menu, MarXito offers special buckwheat pancakes, inspired by Japanese dorayaki, a popular Japanese pastry made from azuki bean paste.

Extensively optimized by the Chef, in salty or sweet version, the ingredients come from a bio or reasoned agriculture, supplied from mostly small French producers.

Light and tangy, the sensation in the mouth of this snack, to eat on the spot or take away, is amazing. The customers can enjoy several formulas such as the Morning Express formula, or the Pastrami Fireball.

Otherwise, let yourself be tempted by the Morning Full formula with a hot drink of your choice and then a drink of pressed orange juice. Vegetarians will appreciate in the Avocado Heaven.

The formulas vary according to the hours of the day and recipes will evolve according to the seasons.
